An appointment will be scheduled at your work or home as long as there is shade available (garage/carport). The process we use requires a light reflected on the vehicle, which can only be seen in full shade. Large trees/buildings will not work.

Dents happen.
The good news is that most dents, without paint damage, can be repaired. In fact, many can be repaired easily and without repainting with a process known as Paintless Dent Repair (PDR). Using specialized tools, we skillfully repair the damaged area on a vehicle back to its original condition while still retaining the factory finish.

With Paintless Dent Repair we access the damaged panel from behind to massage the metal back into its original form and shape. Sometimes we also use a process called glue pulling. In this process we use hot glue and specific plastic tabs which temporarily bond to the vehicle, then we pull them off to create a high spot as opposed to a low (dent) and knock the high spot down with a polished hammer. With most dents both methods are used. Our method of repairing dents and dings is the best possible way! No repainting or bondo is involved and it is the only way to repair your car to new without a vehicle history report.
